Facilities Rental Request

  • The Manchester Essex Regional School District procedure for requesting Rental Space for all MERSD School Buildings:

    If you are a new user, and need a login, contact Aaron Millman, Facilities Assistant.

    Please follow the instructions below to help set up your rental request: 

     

    1) After you have been given the login by our Administrator, please visit the schooldude request page and enter your username and password https://login.myschoolbuilding.com

    2) Once you are logged in, select Normal Schedule. 

    3) Enter all the required sections in RED that detail your event. You will not be able to submit your request until all items in red have been completed. 

    4) Under set-up requirements, check off any specific requests you may have. There is space next to each for further notes.

    5) Once all the information about your event has been completed, the last thing you need to do before hitting submit is enter the password. (Password is MERSD.)

    6) Press Submit after completing all steps above. 

    7) After your request has been approved by our staff, you will receive a confirmation email.
