If it doesn't pass now, what are the options?

The MSBA allows us 120 days to gain an affirmative vote. If the Fall vote fails, we would appeal to the MSBA for an extension and try again in the spring of 2019. If that attempt fails, the District would have to reexamine its options. One very real concern is that delay adds cost and current estimates put escalation costs at an increase of 1.5% every three months.
