What if we go over budget?

The MSBA process requires that the District (School Building Committee) engage an Owner’s Project Manager (Dore and Whittier)  and together with the District, the designer (JCJ), and our construction manager (WT Rich), the team has worked diligently to make conservative estimates and build sufficient contingency into estimates that may address any fluctuations in materials and labor costs that arise. Throughout the process, the School Building Committee will exercise oversight through regular updates and meetings with our construction team.
