PRESENT: Ms. Beckmann; Mr. Carroll; Ms. Coviello; Chair; Ms. Harrison; Ms. Ingaharro; Superintendent O’Neil.
A. Call to Order
The Chairman called the Meeting to Order at 5:30 pm.
B. Finances
Approval of the Warrant – Susan Beckmann recommended approval of the following voucher for payment; Voucher No. 1072 in the amount of $777,730.74.
Susan Beckmann moved to approve, Greg Carroll seconded, members present; Coviello, Carroll, Harrison, Beckmann and Ingaharro voted unanimously in favor.
Mr. Evans and Mr. Giedt were absent.
