Manchester-Essex Regional School District is soliciting responses to its application for Centrex telephone service as described on the Schools and Libraries Universal Service Description of Services Requested Form referenced above. The service requested is described as follows: Centrex service for 35 phone lines including local and long distance calling, directory assistance and call return for the period July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009. Services must be on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contract required. All responses must be in compliance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30B and responders must be capable of providing service to phones owned by the district as of July 1, 2007. Preference will be given to providers that have active Massachusetts State Contracts for the services requested. For further
